Any symptoms or botanical queries you enter into the cauldron are processed to generate formulations. We strip personal identifying information (PII) before training our botanical models.

We utilize third-party services to power our sanctuary:

• Firebase: For authentication and secure data storage.
• DeepSeek API: For botanical text generation and formulation synthesis.
• Vercel: For hosting and edge analytics.

4. User Rights & Data Retention

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. We retain logs of cauldron formulations indefinitely for archival purposes unless a deletion request is made.
